Truth was never meant to be merely information. God's truth was always intended to be transformational, especially as it relates to the saving gospel of Jesus Christ. It doesn't matter how powerful or eloquent a sermon is; if a person does not receive it in a heartfelt, repentant way, it does not good whatsoever.

Perhaps you've heard that term before... love language. People express and interpret love in different ways, but I suppose all of us enjoy hearing it expressed in our native language--our heart language. When the Spirit came at Pentecost, people heard the disciples speaking in their own native languages. What an attention grabber! And what a message it introduced!
